The ACR1252U USB NFC Reader III is a secure, PC-linked NFC and contactless smart card reader designed for applications that require reliable card reading, authentication, and secure contactless communication. Based on 13.56 MHz contactless technology, it supports multiple NFC modes and a wide range of contactless cards and NFC devices.

With an integrated SAM (Secure Access Module) slot, the ACR1252U can support key diversification and mutual authentication for applications requiring enhanced transaction security. It also supports post-deployment firmware upgrades, helping maintain and update the reader without replacing the hardware.
